great stay,, but some areas need attention
The gardens surrounding the hotel created a picturesque oasis for relaxation. I appreciated the really good service from the hotel staff, particularly the manager Panagiotis, who provided genuine assistance when I wasn't feeling well. The food offered was not only flavorful but also encouraged a healthy lifestyle. Watching the sunset over the pool view was a good experience that added magic to my evenings.
The room had a few outdated features, affecting the overall comfort.

The pool was good and I had local drinks in the main bar. Had clean room with a beautiful garden for a great stay. The food was different - variety of options. The very-very nice staff accommodated all the needs.

We appreciated the exotic garden and nice swimming pool
What a pity the quality of the food was lacking. An effort should be made here to improve this.

The gardens are well-kept and provide a shaded retreat to escape the sun. With a bus stop conveniently positioned right outside, hopping over to Lindos or Rhodes is easy, letting you explore the island without any hassle.
Cleanliness seems to fluctuate, especially in dining areas where overcrowded situations often lead to unkempt tables. Plus, the food quality falls short. It tends to be repetitive and uninspiring, leaving many yearning to eat out. The children's playground is also showing signs of wear and tear, which could be concerning for families. Coupled with the lack of mosquito nets in rooms, keeping windows open for fresh air isn't an option, as you'll be keeping unwanted guests at bay.

A good position to visit the island.
Insufficient the quality of the food

Very clean and quiet place, ideal for families. Friendly staff. Internet service was wireless (not cable)
The food was well cooked but the quality was really poor. There was variety but this is not enough since the quality was bad! They could have chosen much better products. Also, the pool would be better if it had lights in it, it could have created a nice atmosphere in the evenings.

Hotel teritory is full of variuos fruiters, that gives shadow and nice atmosphere. Rooms are in little buildings that are nice and cosy (maybe a bit small'ish). You can rent a car in hotel, or ride a bus, and buss stop is right outside of hotel, very convinient.
Very simple food. Eatible, but they could use more spices.

This is a modest but very nice and comfortable resort hotel. I doubt I'll ever go to Afandou again, but if I did, it would be in order to stay at the Oasis Hotel. It's a very nice place. Trees, birds, swimming pool, lounge chairs, cool lobby and breakfast room. I only stayed there one night, and for Afandou, that's probably too long. But the Oasis is seriously a place to stay for a week and just chill. I could see myself doing that some day....
Only a very silly person could possibly find anything wrong with Oasis Hotel.

The wood-fired pizzas near the hotel were divine, and I couldn't resist exploring local tavernas like Katholiki, where the traditional flavors took me to culinary heaven. With facilities that felt spacious and an amazing pool area, we had plenty of room to unwind and enjoy our family time under the sun, fueled by the standout drinks from Nicos at the pool bar.
While the lush surroundings were good, the old bungalows came with an unfortunate mold problem, made staying there uncomfortable. Plus, the all-inclusive meals felt canteen-like, leaving a bit to be desired in quality.

A Lovely Stay in Beautiful Gardens
We just returned from a week-long family trip, and we appreciated the beautifully landscaped gardens filled with olive and fruit trees that created a serene environment. The food, while limited, was tasty, and our kids always found options they enjoyed. The pool area was perfect, well-maintained, and the staff were great too ensure we were comfortable. I wish the bathroom facilities were a bit more modern with better shower options.

The beautifully landscaped gardens offered a serene ambiance perfect for relaxation, complemented by the presence of friendly animals around. Dining was enjoyable, especially the octopus millefeuille, though dessert options could use improvement. The lack of entertainment might be a downside for some, but it allowed for quality time with family in a chill atmosphere. The air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy, which affected sleep quality.
